1) What is POD?

ISAIKO works in collaboration with Teespring and virtually everything is Print-On-Demand (POD). Not only does this eliminate waste, every item is made to order, each campaign has its own individual print cycle and schedule separate from any others outside of the campaign.

2) Do you provide International shipping outside the US and Europe?

Yes, but currently local shipping charges only apply to the US, Canada and Europe, whereas International shipping charges apply to other countries. We are seeking more trusted and ethical manufacturers or vendors around the world to resolve this.

3) When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We strive to make our shipping times as accurate as possible to ensure that you receive your package(s) in a timely manner. Many of our customers buy products for time sensitive holidays or events and need to get their orders in as quickly as possible. To meet this demand, we send out packages ASAP, without bundling multiple orders together. By shipping individually, we can process and send out orders faster than scanning for others shipping to the same address.

4) Where are the products manufactured?

We use a variety of trusted manufacturers/vendors across the US and Europe. Due to this, sometimes there may be an order with multiple items that get produced in separate locations. This means that each product is shipped individually to you, resulting in a higher shipping fee.

5) How to reduce delivery charges?

Purchasing many items at a single transaction helps to reduce the delivery charges. Our shipping costs are lower than our competitors’. Paying a little extra for shipping still rounds out at significantly lower than our competitors’.
